The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau, is investigating a drowning that occured at the above listed residence. According to investigators, the toddler was inside the pool with family members when she was observed submerged under water. Family members immediately pulled the toddler from the water and initiated resuscitative efforts. The toddler was transported to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
