Structure Fire Investigation |

Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD) Arson detectives are on the scene of a structure fire at the Home Depot store listed above. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue has contained the fire and MDPD detectives are currently processing the scene to determine if a crime has been committed. At this time, detectives are asking that anyone who was located inside the store during the incident contact Miami-Dade CrimeStoppers at (305) 471-TIPS with relative information. Based on preliminary findings, detectives are interested in talking to the suspect listed above. The investigation remains active/ongoing. UPDATE #1: Investigators continue to follow all leads in the case. On November 5, 2013, investigators located the person listed above and arrested him on unrelated charges. The individual has been identified as Moises Del Val and charged with Grand Theft - Retail Theft ove $1,000. (Moises Del Val, 7464 SW 21 Street, Miami, Florida, DOB: 01/24/1967, 46 y/o W/M) The investigation remains active/ongoing.
