(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is investigating an incident that occurred at the residence listed above.  According to investigators, officers responded to the residence in reference to shots fired.  Upon the officer's arrival, they discovered three of four victims suffering from apparent gunshot wound(s).  One of the victims was struck by a vehicle.  The preliminary information reveals that Ivan Wong, subject, arrived to the residence and opened fire striking Mabel Figueroa, estranged wife, Michel Figueroa, brother-in-law, and Ernesto Cardenas, family friend.  Mrs. Figueroa and Mr. Figueroa were pronounced deceased on the scene.  Mr. Cardenas was transported to Kendall Regional Trauma Center.  The subject then turned his vehicle around and drove in reverse towards the residence striking it several times and also striking his father-in-law, Modesto Figueroa.  He then fled the area in his vehicle and was subsequently taken into custody without incident.  The motive is still unknown.  Ivan Wong and Mabel Figueroa have a 7 year old child who was not present at the time of the incident.
