Shooting


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at the above listed location.  According to investigators, the victims were transported to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital after being shot, while visiting the listed park.  At this time, it is unclear if the victims were standing in the park, or seated inside parked vehicles when the shooting occurred.  Investigators are also trying to ascertain the relationship between the victims.  The two male victims were transported to the hospital in stable condition while the female-juvenile victim was transported in critical condition, suffering a gunshot wound to her head/neck area.  Due to conflicting statements received by witnesses in the area, there is no subject information available at this time.    

The investigation remains active/ongoing.
