(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Midwest District, is announcing the arrest of the listed subjects, in reference to an incident that occurred on April 14, 2014.  According to detectives, the subjects met at Concord Park and entered an awaiting vehicle.  Once inside, detectives observed the subjects putting on tactical gear containing police insignias.  The gear consisted of shirts and hats with the word police, red and blue lights on the visors and badges that appeared to be police.  Subject Edismer Arango exited the vehicle and fastened a holster with a semi-automatic pistol in it.  As the subjects left the park, a traffic stop was conducted and the subjects were detained for investigative purposes. Subsequently, five subjects were taken into custody and charged accordingly.
