Robbery


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, is investigating a robbery that occurred at the above location. According to investigators, the victim was outside awaiting a co-worker when an unknown subject approached her from behind, and stated “Dame la cadena esa” (give me that chain). The subject then attempted to physically snatch the chain from around the victim’s neck. The victim was able to get away from the subject, and ran back into the business. The subject then fled on foot northbound on S.W. 107th Avenue, without the victims property.

The victim sustained no injuries.

Surveillance video captured the image of the subject and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating this individual. Video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site under case PD140619224060.
