Need to Identify Armed Robber |

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Robbery Bureau is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the above listed location. According to investigators, the victim, a taxi cab driver, was summoned to pick-up a passenger in the area of Boynton Beach and transport her to N.W. 140 Terrace & N.W. 12 Avenue. Once he arrived, he was approached by an armed subject demanding his money. The subject took the victim's money and fled in an unknown direction. No one was injured during the incident. The subject has a tattoo on his right hand with the word "DADE" between the knuckles. He possibly has a tattoo of the word "COUNTY' on his left hand. Surveillance video within the taxi cab captured some of the activity and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating the individual.
