The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau, is investigating a homicide that occurred in the Village of El Portal. According to investigators, a 911 call was received reference shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim, Lorenzo Moise, deceased on a nearby bridge.
