(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Sexual Crimes Unit is investigating a sexual battery that occurred in southwest Miami-Dade.  According to investigators, the victim met the subjects, Christopher Mitchell and Andrew Sarduy, at a gentlemen's club where she works.  Upon completion of her work shift, the victim and her brother agreed to have some drinks with both subjects at another nearby club.  They then went to a friend's house to continue drinking.  While there, Mitchell asked the victim to enter the vehicle to listen to music on the radio.  The victim sat in the front passenger seat and Mitchell sat in the driver's seat.  Mitchell began to fondle the victim's breast and when she refused, he grabbed her neck and began to choke her and proceeded to sexually assaulted her in the back seat of the vehicle.  Andrew Sarduy approached the vehicle and opened the driver door.  When the victim saw Sarduy, she yelled for help and Mitchell told him to close the door and wait outside.  After several minutes, Sarduy entered the vehicle and drove away with the victim still inside.  Sarduy stole $30.00 from inside a shoe box that belonged to the victim.  They later stopped the vehicle and let the victim out.  The victim immediate called the police and the subjects were subsequently located and placed under arrest.
