(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is investigating a shooting that occurred at the above listed location.  According to investigators, an altercation between two groups of males ensued in the parking lot.  The subject, Osman Javier Lopez, disengaged from the fight to retrieve a firearm from a vehicle.  Osman Lopez then returned to the altercation and shot the victim, Robert Burgos, and remained on the scene.  Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.  Two other individuals sustained head injuries during the altercation and were transported to Kendall Regional Trauma Center and their condition is unknown.  Upon further investigation, Osman Javier Lopez was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.
