Burglary to a Vehicle with an Aggravated Battery Therein


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Kendall District is investigating an incident that occurred at the location listed above.  According to investigators, the listed vehicles were involved in an accident.  Subjects Brian Boyd and Rovantai Payne, exited their vehicle and began to strike the victim's vehicle with a bat.  They struck the victim, Roger Flores, while he was sitting inside his vehicle.  Arriving officers observed the subjects actions and placed them under arrest.  Mr. Flores was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition.  Both subjects were transported to the Kendall District station to be interviewed.  Once at the station, the subjects became irate and violent throwing chairs against the wall and flipping tables.  Officers were able to control the subject and transport them to TGK.
