(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Traffic Homicide Unit, is investigating a Hit & Run where the victim sustained critical injuries. The victim was traveling north on SW 112th Avenue on his Yamaha motorcycle. As he approached SW 44th Street the subject, who was traveling south on SW 112th Avenue in a stolen Chevy Tahoe, made a left turn into the victim's motorcycle. The subject then fled from the scene and then crashed into the residence at 4130 SW 107th Place where he previously resided. The subject then fled from there on foot. The victim remains hospitalized. Investigators are seeking assistance from the community in identifying and locating the subject.
