Burglary Subject Apprehended |

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Midwest District, General Investigation Unit, is requesting the assistance of the community. According to investigators, the subject, Charles Eric Brand was arrested on April 29, 2015 for burglary. It is believed that the subject was actively burglarizing homes in the Westchester area of Miami-Dade County using a white Nissan, pick-up truck with a company name of Mermaid Pools & Spa Service & Repairs without permission from the owner. Surveillance video captured the image of the subject and the vehicle the subject was using at the time of the burglaries. Investigators are seeking the assistance in the community for any information that could lead to any additional victims. Video footage may be obtained from the FTP site.
