Multiple Commercial Jewelry Store Robberies


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Robbery Bureau, is investigating several commercial robberies throughout the county with the same subjects.

On Thursday, May 07, 2015 at approximately 4:35 p.m., the listed subjects approached the jewelry store located at 3105 NW 79 Street.  The subjects jumped over the counter, pushed the victims to the ground and proceeded to remove jewelry from the display cases.  The subjects then fled the scene with approximately $250,000 in jewelry.  A witness stated that the subjects entered listed vehicles, while a black male was waiting with a high powered rifle.  The subjects then fled northbound on NW 30 Avenue. 

On Thursday, March 26, 2015, at approximately 5:45 p.m., four unknown black male subjects approached the jewelry store located at 1205 NE 163 Street.  The subjects jumped over the counter breaking the display cases and removed over $250,000 of jewelry and fled the area in an unknown direction.

On Saturday, March 07, 2015, at approximately 4:25 p.m., four unknown black male subjects approached the jewelry store located at 7900 NW 27 Avenue.  The subjects approached the jewelry store booth at the flea market, two of the subjects jumped over the counter, while one of the subjects tackled the victim to the ground causing facial injuries, as the fourth subject acted as a look out for the group.  The subjects then fled from the area with approximately $90,000-$100,000 in jewelry.

Surveillance video captured the images of the subjects at the times of the robberies for two of these incidents (PD150507168459 and PD150326111724).  Investigators are requesting assistance from the community in identifying and/or locating the subjects.  The videos are available in the FTP site.
