The Miami-Dade Police Department, Robbery Bureau, is investigating an incident that occurred at the listed location. According to investigators, two subjects approached the victim at the bus stop and asked her for directions. During the conversation, one of the subjects told the victim he had a winning lottery ticket but he was not a legal resident and so could not redeem the ticket.  He then offered to give the victim the ticket in exchange for $10,000 cash. The victim agreed and was driven to the bank by the subjects. At the bank, the victim withdrew $10,000 in cash and was driven to a nearby apartment complex. There a third subject approached the vehicle, opened the passenger door, and grabbed the victim’s purse. A struggle ensued and the victim fell out of the vehicle. All three subjects fled in the vehicle.
