Armed Robbery

(Miami-Dade County, FL) --

The Miami-Dade Police Department’s Robbery Bureau is seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating two men who committed an armed robbery at a home in Northwest Miami-Dade on Sunday, October 11, 2015.

Detectives say that about 2:35 that afternoon, Mr. Valles and Mr. Medrano were on the porch of the residence at 3320 N.W. 87 Terrace when they were approached by two black males armed with a gun. One of the robbers forcefully removed Mr. Valles’ chain from his neck and a ring off of his finger.

Other persons inside the residence who heard the commotion on the porch and came out to see what was going on, were threatened by the armed robbers.

The thieves then fled on foot toward NW 33 Avenue.

Surveillance video captured the image of the subject and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating this individual. Video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site.
