Shooting


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Intracoastal District is investigating a shooting that left 4 injured.

Investigators say just before 6 p.m. officers responded to a shooting at N.E. 6 Avenue and 167 Street.  Responding officers discovered 4 people had been shot on their lower extremities by an individual driving a dark colored vehicle, which fled east bound on NE 166 Street.  

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and transported two victims to Aventura Hospital in stable condition and treated the other two on the scene and released.

A motive is unknown at this time.
