The Miami Dade Police Department Homicide Bureau is investigating what appears to be a workplace accident. At approximately 2:45 pm an employee who was subcontracted to operate the fair ride was conducting daily maintenance. When the ride malfunctioned causing the victim to be fatally injured on the scene. The investigation continues.
