The Miami-Dade Police Department, Intracoastal District is investigating a shooting.  

According to investigators, Mr. Colby Gonzalez was repossessing a vehicle that was located at 19820 NE 14 Avenue. Once he completed the process, he stopped at a gas station located at 1550 Ives Dairy Road to complete the proper notifications.  The subject, Max Kenneth Dieuveil, then arrived in a black Hummer and began to shoot at Mr. Gonzalez.  In an effort to avoid being shot, Mr. Gonzalez fled northbound on I-95.  Dieuveil then began to chase Mr. Gonzalez and while they were traveling northbound on the expressway, Dieveil continued to shoot at Mr. Gonzalez.  Police dispatchers immediately began to issue a B.O.L.O. for the vehicle. Hollywood Police Department located the vehicle on I-95 just north of Griffin Road exit and they were able to detain Dieveil without incident.  Mr. Gonzalez did not sustain any injuries.

Dieveil is being interviewed and charges are pending.
