Detectives from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau are conducting an investigation into the death of 65 year old Vicki Feeley in southwest Miami-Dade. Investigators say on Saturday, October 22, 2016, shortly after 8:00 p.m., officers responded to calls of an injured female in the area of SW 112 Terrace and SW 128 Court. The preliminary investigation reveals while outside of her residence, the victim was approached by unknown subject(s) attempting to rob her. A physical confrontation ensued resulting in the victim being injured. The subject(s) then fled the area by unknown means. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department personnel responded and transported the victim to a nearby hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. The investigation continues.
