Commercial Burglary


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

Detectives from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Northside District are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating three men who burglarized a beauty supply store, located at 11820 NW 10 Avenue on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.

According to investigators, sometime during the early morning hours, two unknown subjects broke into the business by breaking through the wall. The third subject served as the lookout. While inside of the business the subjects ransacked the business and stole hair extensions valued at one thousand dollars. The subjects then fled the area in a newer model SUV.

Detectives believe the same subjects may be responsible for another commercial burglary that occurred on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at the beauty supply store, located at 10690 NW 7th Avenue. The subjects in that burglary also gained entry into the business by breaking through the wall and stole hair extensions.

Video surveillance footage of the incident may be obtained from the FTP site.

The investigation continues.
