Four in Custody after Brief Vehicle Pursuit in NW Miami-Dade


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

Shortly after 3:30 this afternoon, the Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD), Northside District was dispatched to a call of a victim following his vehicle, a 2004 blue Honda Element, that was stolen the day before.  The victim located the vehicle in the area of NW 7 Avenue & 103 Street, occupied by four subjects.  

MDPD patrol officers and the air unit, located the stolen vehicle and a pursuit ensued. The subjects bailed out between NW 25 - NW 26 Avenue and 93 Terrace. After a brief perimeter and the assistance of MDPD K-9 and air units, all of the subjects were located and taken into custody without incident.

There were no injuries reported.
