According to investigators, three unknown males opened fire at a residence during a gathering.  Occupants returned fire at the subjects and they fled westbound on NW 116 Street. Three people were shot during the incident. A teenager, who was shot in head, was amongst the injured.  All three victims were transported to Ryder Trauma Center by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.  One of the victims succumbed to his injuries, and the teenager is listed in critical, but stable condition.  The third victim was treated and released.
