According to investigators, two subjects drove into the church parking lot where the trailer was located.  One of the subjects exited the vehicle, attached the trailer to the hitch, and drove away with the trailer.  Through investigative means, the subject who exited the vehicle was identified as Oscar Gomez Guerra. He was taken into custody and arrested without incident. The second subject has not yet been identified.

Investigators were able to recover a few toys but are requesting the community's assistance with any information in recovering the remaining property and in identifying and/or locating the second subject.
