Police Impersonator


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Robbery Bureau is investigating a possible police impersonator incident that occurred in the parking lot of a shopping center.

According to investigators, a male driving a black sedan pulled behind a parked vehicle occupied by two females.  The black sedan was flashing red and blue lights from the dashboard.  The two females noticed that the driver of the sedan appeared too young and became suspicious. The females approached the driver and requested law enforcement identification.  The driver of the sedan did not display identification and drove away.

Detectives are requesting the community's assistance in identifying and or locating this individual.
