Drugs and Guns Found In Home Where Boy Was Killed

(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Narcotics Bureau seized two pounds of marijuana along with a firearm and ammunition at the residence where a seven year old was shot and killed.  On December 27, 2015, police responded to shots fired at a residence located at 15120 Jackson Street.  Once they arrived they discovered a seven year old boy deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.   Investigators say that since the incident several tips were received in reference to narcotics activity occurring at the residence.  Further investigation confirmed the drug activity and a search warrant was obtained.  The search warrant was executed this morning by the Special Response Team where two pound of marijuana, a firearm and ammunition were seized.  Micheel Tobler was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.  Micheel Tobler is the uncle of the deceased boy.
