Detectives from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Midwest District are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating a male who burglarized an apartment, located at 8920 N.W. 8th Street, on Monday, August 28, 2017. According to investigators, the subject opened the front door and entered the apartment. Once inside, he removed $500.00 dollars in cash and jewelry totaling approximately $4,000.00. The subject then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Surveillance video captured the images of the subject, and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating this individual. Video surveillance footage of the incident may be obtained from the FTP site.
