Sexual Battery on a Minor


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

On Tuesday, January 8, 2019, detectives from the Miami-Dade Police Department Special Victims Bureau, arrested 22 year-old Sebastian Hanul Choi, and charged him with sexual battery on a minor.

According to investigators, the subject was the victim's Tae Kwon Do instructor and physical education teacher.  The victim disclosed that when she was 10 years old, the subject forced her to perform sexual acts on numerous occasions.
