The Miami-Dade Police Department's Hammocks District is investigating a vehicle burglary that occurred in southwest Miami-Dade in the late hours of Tuesday, November 03. According to detectives, the subject broke into the vehicle and ransacked the interior before fleeing with the victim's wallet, which contained several credit cards and personal documents. A few days later the victim's credit card was used at a store in southwest Miami-Dade, to purchase approximately $900 worth of items. Video surveillance shows the subject making the purchase at the register and walking out of the store. Investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating the individual or individuals responsible. Video surveillance is available in the FTP site.
