This report details the requests to advertise, award recommendations, change orders and amendments for construction contracts, professional services agreements and design build projects that are currently under review by the Internal Services Department and should move forward within the next 30 to 60 days.

Contractor/Consultant Status - Performance Review Committee Hearings

In accordance with A.O. 3-42, Contractors that receive unresponsive interim or final evaluations are placed on Watch Status and are subject to a Firm Performance Review Committee hearing where recommendations are made regarding how long the Contractor remains on Watch Status and if more severe action is warranted as specified in the A.O.
