How to Enroll
To enroll as a vendor, complete the automated Vendor Enrollment Form and receive announcements about business opportunities with Miami-Dade County. When a solicitation matching those selections becomes available, Procurement Management automatically sends a message to the email address provided during enrollment.
The email message contains a link to the solicitation that can be viewed and downloaded free of charge from any computer.
Note: Any vendor (enrolled or not) can respond to solicitations by submitting bid and proposals. However, the County Code requires that in the event a vendor is recommended for a contract award, they must be registered by completing Vendor Registration in order to receive the award.Back to Top
Already a Registered Vendor?
If a vendor is already registered with the County, there is no need to enroll. A registered vendor is one that has already completed and filed a Vendor Registration Package, including required affidavits.
Only registered vendors can receive a contract award. Registered vendors are automatically notified of upcoming solicitations by email, fax or U.S. Mail. If you are an "enrolled" vendor, you can update your profile at any time.
Note: The e-Procurement system records information on anyone who downloads solicitations. Under Florida Law, this information is a public record and can be viewed by anyone.Back to Top
