Goods and Services For goods and services, Miami-Dade County’s Department of Procurement Management (DPM) “Solicitations On-Line” database is a comprehensive search tool for all active solicitations. For PTP related items, first click here, then type the word "PTP" in the “title” box and press the “Submit Search” button.
