Traffic advisory: Miami-Dade County Public Works and Waste Management Department to conduct needed maintenance repairs, close lanes on William M. Powell Bridge on Rickenbacker Causeway
(MIAMI, February 13, 2015) – The Miami-Dade County Public Works and Waste Management Department (PWWM) is conducting additional maintenance repairs on the William M. Powell Bridge of the Rickenbacker Causeway on Friday, February 13, 2015. The repair work requires the closure of one westbound vehicular lane. Repairs to the bridge joint are necessary to eliminate possible damage to the motoring public’s vehicles. The bicycle path and two vehicular lanes will remain open during these repairs.
The repair work and lane closures should be completed by this evening.
