The Rickenbacker Causeway Commuter Plan provides unlimited passage through the Rickenbacker Toll Plaza for frequent users that do not reside in Key Biscayne. This annual plan is valid from October 1 to September 30, and can be purchased in person at the Service Center located at the toll plaza.
The cost of the Rickenbacker Causeway Commuter Plan is $60 per vehicle plus a one-time refundable deposit of $20 for a C-Pass/Transponder. The annual plan rate will not be pro-rated. The deposit can only be refunded when the device is returned to the Rickenbacker Service Center in good condition and the account is reconciled.
