The Rickenbacker Recreational Plan is a prepaid toll plan for non-commercial vehicles pulling a one-axle watercraft trailer. This plan allows the appropriate toll amount to be automatically deducted from your account as you pass through the toll plaza. When your account reaches a balance of $10, the Patron Fare Display located at the left side of the lane will indicate that your account balance is low and needs to be replenished. Automatic replenishment is an option if you pay by credit card.

This plan can be purchased in person at the Rickenbacker Service Center located at the toll plaza.

With the Rickenbacker Recreational Plan, the plan holder pays $3.50 instead of $9 when pulling a one-axle watercraft trailer.

The Rickenbacker Recreational Plan requires an initial minimum toll deposit of $25 plus a one-time refundable deposit of $20 for a C-Pass Transponder.

The $20.00 deposit can only be refunded when the device is returned to the Rickenbacker Service Center in good condition and the account is reconciled.

To obtain a Recreational Plan, please provide the following:

• Driver’s License
• Current Vehicle Registration(s) - Registration must contain the name of the person purchasing the plan.

The Recreational plan is available only for two- axle vehicles pulling a one-axle trailer.
