The Rickenbacker Causeway Resident Plan provides unlimited toll passage through the Rickenbacker Toll Plaza for individuals residing in Key Biscayne. This annual plan is valid from October 1 to September 30, and can be purchased in person at the Rickenbacker service center located at the toll plaza.

The cost of the Rickenbacker Causeway Resident Plan is $24 per vehicle plus a one-time refundable deposit of $20 for a C-Pass / Transponder. The annual rate plan will not be pro-rated. The deposit can only be refunded when the device is returned to the Rickenbacker service center in good condition and the account is reconciled.

To obtain a Resident Plan, please provide the following:

• A copy of current Driver’s License.
• Current Vehicle Registration - Registration must contain the name of the resident purchasing the plan.
• Proof of Residency - Customer must present one of the following: Current utility bill, property tax bill, lease agreement for more than six months with their name and Key Biscayne address on the above proof of residency.

The Rickenbacker Resident Plan is available for two-axle non-commercial vehicles only.
