The Rickenbacker Causeway School Plan provides unlimited passage through the Rickenbacker Toll Plaza for parents and students attending schools located on the east side of the toll plaza. This annual plan is valid from August 1 to July 31, and can be purchased in person at the Rickenbacker Service Center located at the toll plaza.

The cost of each Rickenbacker Causeway School Plan is $60 per vehicle plus a one-time refundable deposit of $20 for a C-Pass/Transponder. The annual plan rate will not be pro-rated. The deposit can only be refunded when the device is returned to the Rickenbacker Service Center in good condition and the account is reconciled.

To obtain a School Plan, please provide the following:

• A copy of current Driver’s License.
• Current Vehicle Registration - Registration must contain the name of the person purchasing the plan.
• Proof that a child is attending a school located on the east side of the Rickenbacker Toll Plaza. A copy of the following is an acceptable form of proof: Current school ID, report card or schedule.

The School Plan is available for two-axle non-commercial vehicles only.
