Register today for Greater Miami Service Corps' Annual Golf Tournament

MIAMI (September 30, 2015)

Miami-Dade County Community Action and Human Services Department (CAHSD) and the Greater Miami Service Corps (GMSC) will be hosting their 6th Annual Golf Tournament and Awards Dinner on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.  The tournament will be held at the Country Club of Miami Golf Course, located at 6801 Miami Gardens Drive, Miami, Florida 33015.  Registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a scramble shotgun starting at 1:00 p.m.  The dinner and awards presentation will immediately follow the tournament.

The public is invited to join the Honorable Barbara J. Jordan, Miami-Dade County District 1 Commissioner, Greater Miami Service Corps’ founder and first executive director; William “Bill” Oliver, former Miami-Dade County Commissioner; the Honorable Wilbert “Tee” Holloway, Miami-Dade County School Board Director; and other community leaders for this signature event.  In addition to the first, second and third place prizes, the event will feature a Commissioner’s Cup to be awarded to the lowest scoring team among Miami-Dade County departments.
