Voter Registration deadline for November 3, 2015 elections
If you live in in the cities of Hialeah, Homestead, Miami and Miami Beach and want to participate in these elections, you must registered to vote by this important deadline.
Registering to vote is your right and exercising this right, allow your voice to be heard. That said, to register, residents must:
- be 18 years or older (pre-registration begins at 16);
- be a U.S. citizen;
- be a permanent resident of Miami-Dade County. There is no specific time requirement to live in Miami-Dade County to be considered a permanent resident.
With the deadline just days away, the most convenient option for those interested in registering to vote or update their record is to visit the Elections Department website http://www.miamidade.gov/elections/ and visit our Voter Registration page. After completing the online form, it must be printed, signed, and mailed to the Elections Department at:

This form MUST be postmarked by October 5 to be accepted as valid for the November 3, 2015 municiapl elections.
The Voter Registration deadline for the November 3, 2015 municipal elections in the cities of Hialeah, Homestead, Miami and Miami Beach is Monday, October 5, 2015. If you live in one of these four cities and wish to participate, make sure you are register by the October 5, 2015 deadline. Doral Headquarters will be open until 11 pm that day and our Voter Information Center at the SPCC Government Center will be open until 5 pm.
