Transit services during Columbus Day holiday
Miami-Dade Transit will be operating a regular weekday schedule on Monday, October 12, 2015 - Columbus Day - except for the Route 95 Express from Golden Glades, which will operate less frequently.
The 95 Express will run approximately every 10 to 15 minutes between Golden Glades and downtown Miami. The first and last trips in the morning and afternoon will leave as currently scheduled.
All trips to and from the Civic Center/VA Hospital, Brickell, Miami Gardens Dr./Carol City, Aventura Mall and Earlington Heights/Doral will be running. However, some of these trips may have minor adjustments of up to five minutes.
For general transit information, and the trip planner tool, the public can download the free Miami-Dade Transit Tracker app, or visit MDT's mobile services. Transit riders also can register to receive Rider Alerts by registering via the Miami-Dade County Rider Alerts. Likewise, transit information is available via Facebook and Twitter.
In addition, MDT’s home page provides complete schedule information, station maps, Corporate Discount Program information, and more. Transit users also can call 305-891-3131, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
