All polling places are open for voting

Polls open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

MIAMI (November 03, 2015)

All precincts participating in today’s municipal elections are open and welcoming voters in Hialeah, Homestead, Miami (Districts 1 and 2 only) and Miami Beach. 

Over 22,000 voters have already cast ballots via Absentee Ballot or Early Voting.  Voters who opt to vote on Election Day should keep the following points in mind:

• Voters must vote at their assigned voting location on Election Day
Some voters experienced a recent voting location change, so they are encouraged to confirm their current voting location before heading out to the polls today.

• Bring proper identification that contains both a photo and signature to vote
Acceptable forms of ID include Florida driver’s license (or ID card issued by a Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles), United States passport, debit or credit card, military identification, student identification, retirement center identification, public assistance identification, or neighborhood association identification.

• Become familiar with the ballot content
Prepare in advance by accessing their customized sample ballot available on the Elections Department website.
