WASD: Call Center hours are being extended

MIAMI (January 04, 2016)

The New Year brings a new change in the operating hours of the Call Center for the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD).

Effective January 4, 2016, the Call Center will stay open later to provide better service to our customers.  The new operating hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday – Friday. The Customer Service line (305-665-7477) was previously operating until 4:30 p.m.  It provides assistance to customers with questions on billing, service changes, inquiries and liens.  Customers may also conduct services online at www.miamidade.gov/water.
