Matheson Hammock Park’s fine dining restaurant Red Fish Grill will be featured on the Cooking Channel’s Beach Bites with Katie Lee, July 7, at 10 p.m. EDT. The episode was filmed with the park’s beautiful Atoll pool as a backdrop and features the preparation of Red Fish Grill’s signature dish Corona® Lime Ceviche. Red Fish Grill was recently featured in Forbes magazine as one of the “100 Best ‘Al Fresco’ Dining Restaurants in America for 2016.” The winners were compiled from more than five million restaurant reviews submitted by verified OpenTable diners who rated more than 20,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Its outstanding and creative “Floribbean” cuisine, exceptional service and water’s-edge dining earned them a winning spot with OpenTable diners in the U.S.

Red Fish Grill serves fresh seafood, pasta, chicken and steak nightly, except Mondays. You can dine inside the historic coral rock building or outside, overlooking the beach and Biscayne Bay.
