Rickenbacker annual plan renewals now in effect

Deadline to renew: September 30, 2016

MIAMI (August 17, 2016)

If you are a Rickenbacker Causeway annual pass holder the time to renew your pass is on or before the September 30, 2016 deadline! With three options to choose from, renewing the annual pass is fast and convenient. 

  • Online: Visit the website to submit required documents, update account information and pay.
  • Mail: Send all required to documents and payment to: Miami-Dade Parks Recreation and Open Spaces Department, c/o Causeway Division-4299 Rickenbacker Causeway, Key Biscayne, FL 33149.
  • Visit: Walk in and present all required documents and payment to the Causeway Division Office, 4299 Rickenbacker Causeway, Key Biscayne, FL. Office hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Customers are encouraged to renew now and take advantage of the convenient online option, which is especially helpful for those with busy schedules. Review and collect all the documentation required prior to renewing to save time and energy.  Patrons will receive confirmation of activation and any other important communication if an email address is on file.  

Patrons are reminded to maintain their SunPass account in good standing to avoid unnecessary charges as well as updating both SunPass and Rickenbacker Annual Pass accounts whenever there is change of the vehicle or information.

The Rickenbacker Customer Service Center will be open from 8 a.m. to noon on the following Saturdays: August 27, September 10 and Oct 1, 2016.
