Miami-Dade voters are encouraged to be "Election Ready" by viewing their sample ballot

MIAMI (October 12, 2016)

With the November 8, 2016 General Election quickly approaching, voters are encouraged to review their specific ballot content before heading to the polls.

A majority of Miami-Dade voters can expect a two-page ballot (front/back), inclusive of four proposed constitutional amendments, two county questions, and ballot content for 21 municipalities. Miami-Dade County is Election Ready, and voters can be too by preparing in advance.

“Whether voters plan to Vote by Mail, Vote Early, or at their precinct on Election Day, I encourage them to review their sample ballot ahead of time. This way, voters can research candidates and questions in advance, and b prepared when they cast their ballot,” said Supervisor of Elections Christina White.

Registered voters can easily access their customized sample ballot online now at by entering basic information from their voter record. The voter’s specific ballot can then be viewed and/or printed.
