Deering Estate receives a 2016 Wedding Spot award

MIAMI (October 13, 2016)

The Deering Estate was recognized by Wedding Spot as a Style Winner in the Best Garden category for its lush landscapes, historic architecture and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay.

Wedding Spot announced that the Deering Estate was one of the top spots in the area for brides and grooms to say "I do" based on its popularity among millions of couples. Awards criteria included the number of online clicks made, site tour appointments requested, price estimates created, and weddings booked for each venue on the Wedding Spot website.

"Our mission has always been to provide ease and transparency for couples to discover and book their dream venues," said Wedding Spot CEO Tina Hoang-To. "We've been fortunate enough to work with a number of absolutely stunning locations since our launch, and we're thrilled to have the opportunity to share our couples' excitement for these incredible venues and showcase them through these awards!"

The Deering Estate is one of more than 8,000 venues featured on Wedding Spot. The unique website simplifies the process of finding a wedding venue by offering much more than an online directory. Working directly with venues, Wedding Spot gathers all the information couples need, allowing couples to find venues based on budget, location, style, and guest count.

Launched in August 2013 and currently partnering with venues in 44 states in the U.S., Wedding Spot is based in San Francisco, CA and has helped millions of couples find and build out their dream wedding venue.
