This class combines all aspects of the physical practice of yoga. Begin with stretches that focus on different areas of the body, followed by breath-work to build stamina and detox our system. Then create clarity and concentration with a small meditation that connect us with the natural beauty around us. Please bring a yoga mat.

Natural Areas Tour

Connect with nature as you walk through a lush forest of tropical hardwood tress and clinging vines down the Native American footpath that, near the end of the 19th Century, would become the first Cutler Road/Ingraham Highway. Along the way, stop at one of the last existing Tequesta Indian Burial Mounds to learn about the rise and fall of this fascinating culture.

Time spent on the water is relaxing and rejuvenating. Explore the waters of Biscayne Bay by kayak from the Deering Estate!
