Update: Precautionary Boil Water Lifted for the Village of Bal Harbour
The precautionary boil water order issued on Sunday, August 6, 2017 for the entire Village of Bal Harbour is lifted. Residents no longer need to boil the water used for cooking and drinking.
Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) crews sampled the water over the last two days and all test results are clear.
The precautionary boil water order was issued over the weekend, due to a water main break on 96 Street and Bal Bay Drive. The water line was repaired the same day.
It is the priority of the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department to provide safe, reliable service to its customers. For additional information about Department services and programs, visit the WASD website.
