Miami-Dade Parks opens 15 more recreation centers

MIAMI (September 14, 2017)

An additional 15 recreation centers are now open to help residents get some relief from post-storm clean-up. Families are welcome to charge their electronic devices, bring their lunch and play games or just cool off at the following sites:  

  • Arcola Lakes Senior Center 8401 NW 14 Avenue, Miami, FL 
  • Bird Lakes Park 14365 SW 48 Lane, Miami, FL 
  • Colonial Park 10750 SW 156 Terrace Miami, FL 
  • Eureka Villas Park 14301 SW 180 Street, Miami, FL 
  • Jefferson Reaves, Sr. Park 3090 NW 50th St, Miami, FL 33142 
  • Kendale Lakes Park 7850 SW 142 Avenue, Miami, FL 
  • McMillan Park 6125 SW 133 Avenue, Miami, FL 
  • Miller Drive Park 5510 SW 94 Court, Miami, FL 
  • North Trail Park 780 NW 127th Avenue, Miami, FL  
  • Olinda Park 2101 NW 51 St., Miami, FL

The sites are open Thursday, September 14 – Sunday, September 17 from 9 am – 5 pm.
