TD Bank and Neat Streets Miami are partnering up to help restore Miami-Dade County's tree canopy post-Hurricane Irma

MIAMI (October 04, 2017)

TD Bank and Neat Streets Miami are partnering up to help achieve Million Trees Miami’s goal of planting one million trees by 2020 in order to achieve a 30 percent tree canopy in Miami-Dade County.

On Saturday, October 7, 2017, come celebrate the grand opening of the new TD Bank store, located at 9201 W Flagler St., Miami, and participate in a free tree giveaway, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.  A total of 200 trees will be available for this no-cost adoption, thanks to the partnership between TD Bank and Neat Streets Miami.

Pre-registration is required to secure your tree selection. Tree selections include either a Green Buttonwood or a Simpson’s Stopper.  Must pre-register and select your tree here (one tree per household.)

Please Note: Must claim your tree at the event, providing either a valid driver’s license or other proof of residence, such as a water bill.  Also, ensure that your vehicle can fit up to a five-foot tree. 

Volunteers will be available to help you carry your tree to your vehicle, however no deliveries. In addition, tree experts will be on hand with planting guides and helpful tips in caring for your tree.
